A Giant Plot for your Foyer!

A display of Maps and / or Air Photos in Large format can make a Stunning Centre-Piece for an Exhibition, Event, Foyer or Boardroom. Over the years we have created displays for such things as an Exhibition of Old Masters at a museum in Tennessee (the map showed where the artworks came from), a Giant World Map to be mounted on glass and backlit and used as the ceiling for the entrance to an office building in London, and a Huge Africa Wall Map for a 'One World' event.

We can either plot the map for you in 1 metre wide strips, or provide the master artwork to your graphic designers for them to adapt and plot. Prices for Matt and Glossy paper are given below - just work out the paper size or the number of linear metres that you need. For example the Giant Africa map in the pictures was 3 x 4 metres, which makes 12 linear metres of plotting. Thus this would cost £25 set up fee, and 12 x £23 = £276, so £301 in total.

A variety of other media are possible, such as plasticised canvas, clear film, etc, and we can also have the map encapsulated. Please ask us if you have a special requirement.

We can plot any of the maps in the combined ranges of XYZ and Global Mapping, so have a look at the relevant Paper Maps in the Shop. These include Postcode Maps, maps of the UK or parts of it, Continental maps and World maps. If you want a giant World Wall Map (2.7m x 1.7) one is available as wall-paper in the shop (Click here).

If we don't already have the map you want plotted, then you can ask us about creating a map for you. See Contract Work. If you have your own artwork then we would be pleased to plot it for you. You just need to send us the artwork files as e.g. Adobe Illustrator™, Photoshop™, PDF, etc format and your instructions for the size, paper, etc.
