Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges vary and depend on the type and weight of products ordered and delivery location. You may choose First Class Postal Delivery or within the UK Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm. Some items are sent by Courier where they are too large or heavy for the postal service. First Class Postal Delivery only includes limited compensation in the event of damage in transit. To ensure you are fully covered for damage please use Special Delivery.

When you sign for Delivery please note that you are almost always signing a release from the Courier Company to the effect that the goods have been received in good order. This can make it impossible to claim for damage later (by us as the shippers). If there is any visible damage either do not sign or endorse your signature with the words \"visible damage\" or similar.
Orders for the majority of off-the-shelf maps, including all of the Postcode Maps, will normally be despatched the same working day for orders placed before Noon. All being well that means the map will typically be delivered the next working week day, but that is out of our control and subject to Royal Mail or the couriers. We will email you tracking details where possible, but that is generally not possible with the Global Mapping range as they are mostly despatched from the warehouse rather than from our offices.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy so we only use your contact details for purposes of our ordering, customer relationship management system and accounts system. You may unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time by using the button on the bottom of the Newsletter.
XYZ Maps do not disclose buyers\' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation, and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the \'Remember Me\' Option in the checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. These are only held by SagePay, our credit card processing company. They are not held in clear text on any web site..
Returns & Replacements

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, software that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please note that some products have different formats available and you have selected the right one before adding to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on \'Checkout\' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Updating Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
